About Me

Morgan Robertson
Madison, WI, United States
I was one of lucky few EPA Headquarters staffers to be tasked with development of the 2008 "Wetland Compensation Rule" issued by EPA and the Corps. Before that, I did my PhD research on Wetland Mitigation Banking, finishing at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2004. After almost six years as an Assistant Professor at of Geography at the University of Kentucky, I'm now back at Wisconsin as a Geography professor.
